  • How does Goodrop last longer?

    Naturally sourced antioxidants have been added to our frying oil. Our innovation team have tried and tested the fry life of Goodrop Premium Frying oil, resulting in up to 20% more usage than comparable oils.

  • Where do you currently supply to?

    We currently supply to the East Coast of Australia. Predominantly Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro, Riverina Region and Brisbane Metro. However, we are able to service greater areas. To find out if we can service your area contact us.

  • How do I use my trolley?

    Video demonstrations of the Goodrop Smart Trolley are available for existing customers via the Customer Portal. If you require log in information, please contact Customer Service.

  • What is the Difference between Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Olive Oil?

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil must be extracted from the olive fruit by mechanical processes of milling, pressing and separation and it must meet some basic tests to ensure that there has been no alteration in the nature of the oil. Thereby retaining most of its natural antioxidants & vitamins. Whereas Olive Oil is a blend of processed/refined oil and virgin olive oil. EVOO is 100% Olive Juice. This is why EVOO tends to have a forest-green colour. EVOO is the highest quality oil amongst natural olive oils, hence its price.

  • What are the health benefits of EVOO?

    Cholesterol Free Contains antioxidants (polyphenols) with a wide range of health benefits Contains Vitamin A & E High in Monounsaturated Fats….the good fats!

  • Why is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cloudy? What’s the Sediment in the jug?

    When the olives are pressed, the oil extracted may contain small amounts of olive flesh which are suspended in the oil making it cloudy. Over time these settle to the bottom of the jug.

  • What is the shelf life of Goodrop Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

    12 months.

  • What does cold pressed extra virgin olive oil mean?

    The cold press method involves crushing the olives and forcing out the oil through pressure. This maintains the nutrients in the olives.

  • I can’t log into my online portal, what should I do?

  • How do I place an order?

    For exisiting customers, please log in to our online portal here (link to the log in page) to place your order. For new customers please complete the Free Trial form or contact our customer service team at 1800 950 596.

  • What days can I get my oil delivered?

    Your location will detemine your region’s delievery date. Log in to your ordering portal to find out your available delivery days. Please contact customer serevice on 1800 950 596 for further details.

  • I need oil delivered outside my usual delivery days, is that possible?

    We will certainly try our best to help where possible. Contact us at 1800 950 596 and our customer service will be more than happy to help!

  • Can I track my oil to understand the expected arrival time?

    Deliveries are usually between 7am to 6pm. For any questions regarding your delivery time please call our customer service team at 1800 950 596.

  • What is the difference between purchse order listing and purchase order invoice listing?

    They should be the same. Purchase order lising shows your order history, invoice listing shows order which have been invoiced.

  • I need oil delivered outside my usual delivery days, is that possible?
